We understand that having to find a new home for a much-loved cat can occur for all sorts of reasons. We treat all our residents as if they are part of our own family and do everything we can to make sure your cat is happy and well looked after while they are in our care and in their new home. All adopters are vetted and we work hard to make sure we match the right cat with the right home and humans. There is no time limit on how long a cat stays with us before we find their perfect new home.

We never put a healthy cat to sleep. If a vet advises that euthanasia is necessary for welfare reasons then we follow the advice, just as we would for our own animals.

 

We prioritise taking in cats from Thanet and the immediate surrounding areas (CT postcode), but we will admit from further afield if space permits and the cat can be transported to us.
