Hello humans, we are August and Star. A wonderfully chatty mummy cat who loves to meow, sing and speak whenever she gets the chance and her little daughter kitten. We get on well with children and am good around gentle, quiet pets so could slot into family life quite easily as long as there's a place for us to go off and sleep in solitude together. We have so much love to give so if you're looking for a companion please consider us!
Rehoming process

Application
Please fill in the application form. We read all applications and get in touch with those that look like a good match for a cat in our care.

Home check
If your application looks like a good match we will contact you to arrange a home visit - this is a mandatory part of adopting.

Meet and greet
Once the home visit is complete we will make an appointment for you to come to the sanctuary to meet suitable cats.

Adoption and post adoption support
We love to see updates about how our former residents are getting on and we offer rescue back up for the rest of the cat’s life.
We are a small team, so we rehome animals within Thanet and the surrounding areas, up to a one-hour drive from the sanctuary.
