Meet handsome Bruno. Bruno came to TAG as a stray, he'd been taken to a vets after spending several months living in someone's front garden.

Bruno is a lovely chilled out boy who loves the quieter things in life: fuss, food and the chance to take over a whole sofa and he's a happy boy!

The people who found Bruno reported he was limping so we had his legs thoroughly checked and x-rayed by our vet. He found that Bruno has very severe arthritis in his back legs and has prescribed regular steroid injections to keep the joint comfortable. Bruno will need this for the rest of his life.

What we are looking for in a home for Bruno:

  • Local to Thanet - he will need to stay under the care of Eagle Vets and TAG will cover the cost of arthritis related treatment
  • A quiet house with no other animals
  • An indoor home. Bruno is not fussed by the outside world and much prefers the great indoors. Being an indoor cat reduces the risk of injury as he's not too steady on his back legs. The indoor home does need to be large as it's important for him to have lots of exercise and keep his joints moving.
  • Bruno's human will have to be very strict with his diet. Having been a stray for some time he is very focussed on food but it is very important that he doesn't become overweight and put strain on his joints

Please fill in our application form if you are interested in offering him a home
